Our very own ambitious dentist Dan Rogers has recently been striking a pose on the front cover of this months specialist dentist magazine ppd (Premium Practice Dentistry). Dan revealed his secrets in the online magazine about taking on and transforming a dental practice in Cardiff. Last year's Young dentist of the year winner at the 2013 dentistry awards talks about how he started out as a dentist, introducing Six Month Smiles to patients in Wales.
Dan said: "Six month Smiles has simply provided a service, based on a treatment model that is actively sought by much of the general public. The brand is strong and patients like it. "Short term Orthodontic treatment really is changing patients' lives, and if done correctly I can guarantee it will be one of the most rewarding treatment services you can provide." When asked how he deals with juggling a young family alongside coaching a local football team he revealed: " Balancing work and family time is proving a little difficult at the moment, especially as my partner has her own business too. We've taken to walking in the evenings and I'm finding this very relaxing, especially when we pass the local pub!"
