Life doesn’t always go to plan and emergencies happen.

DO YOU NEED an emergency appointment?

 

We are very sorry but we are unable to see new patients for emergency treatments. If you live in Cardiff and Vale then please ring 029 2044 4500 to reach the Dental Helpline. Thank you for understanding.

What to do in an emergency

Give us a call (don’t phone 999!)

Call us if you’re experiencing any of the following:

  • Persistent or intermittent toothache – this can be caused by many things and could get worse if you ignore it
  • Fractured or broken teeth – this will need to be fixed as soon as possible
  • Toothache – this could be the sign of an infection to the gums or teeth
  • Pain following a dental procedure. It’s possible for a cosmetic dental procedures, especially if you’ve used a non-approved product, to later cause problems and discomfort.
IS IT AN EMERGENCY?

You may need an urgent appointment with us if:

  • The wires on your braces snap or protrude and are causing you pain
  • You lose a filling or a veneer
  • You notice that you spit blood when you brush your teeth

Never ignore these symptoms. Give us a call so that our dentists can see you as soon as possible.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you need an emergency appointment, we’ll charge you £85 and this includes an assessment, plus anything you may need such as X-Rays, temporary fillings, prescriptions, repairing veneers, crowns or bridges and simple extractions.

For permanent treatment, the price is £85 plus the difference to the item of service as outlined in our price list. All treatments over £350 at Bamboo Dental can be paid for with 0% interest and you can pay the monthly payment over 12, 18 or 24 months – you choose.
